Your Account Data

  • How to delete your account and data?
  • You can delete your data directly in the App on the Account tab by select 'Delete' in the 'Account Actions' section.

  • Or, if you prefer, you can email us at contact@pickleballclubhub.com and request that your account and data be deleted.  We may ask for additional information to confirm it is you before completing the action.

 

What happens when you delete your account and data?

  • All of you information will be immediately deleted from our database, and any reference to you will be anonimized (e.g. in games played your name will be changed to 'Player 1').  
  • Your information will continue to exist in backups and will be purged as the backups are purged automatically based on the backup retention rules.
